SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
5-701(p) and (q) and 5-704(c) and (d), respectively, of Article -
Family Law of the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be
Section(s) 5-701(o) and (p) and 5-704(b) and (c), respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority -
Contract Financing Fund —Financial Assistance Applications

FOR the purpose of altering certain limitations on the power of
the Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority
to guarantee loans and make loans by deleting a certain

term; altering the information required on certain

applications for financial assistance; or authorizing the

Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority to
delegate the review and approval of certain financial
assistance application information permitting the Maryland
Small Business Development Financing Authority to delegate
to the executive director of the Authority the review and
approval of certain requirements of an application for
financial assistance from the Contract Financing fund under
certain circumstances; eliminating a descriptive qualifier
relating to contracts and projects reviewed by the
Authority; and generally relating to the Maryland Small
Business Development Financing Authority Contract Financing
Fund.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 13-228, 13-230, 13-231(b), 13-232, and 13-233
