SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Setback Line Restrictions - Limitations

FOR the purpose of establishing certain time periods after which
a person may not file a cause of action initiate an action
or proceeding that arises out of a failure of another person
a building or structure to comply with a setback line
restriction under certain circumstances; providing that a
failure to comply with a setback line restriction may not
cause a forfeiture or reversion of title; defining certain
terms; providing for the application and construction of
this Act; and generally relating to establishing certain
periods of limitations for a cause of action that arises out
of a failure to comply with a setback line restriction.
