AN ACT concerning

Garrett County - Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of altering in Garrett County certain alcoholic
beverages license fees and the hours and times for sales
under certain licenses; creating certain alcoholic beverages
licenses for issuance in the County; altering the beer tax
rate for the County; clarifying language; providing for the
effective date of this Act; and generally relating to
alcoholic beverages licenses and beer tax rates in Garrett
County.
