AN ACT concerning

Housing - Technical Assistance Grants

FOR the purpose of requiring the Department of Housing and
Community Development,under a demonstration program, to
provide technical assistance for the Assessory, Shared and
Sheltered Housing Program and the Indoor Plumbing Program,
both within the Maryland Housing Rehabilitation Program of
the Department; placing a limitation on the amount of
technical assistance grants that may be provided; providing
for the termination of the demonstration project; requiring
the Department to submit a certain report; defining a
certain term; and generally relating to housing and
technical assistance grants.
