SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Real Property

11-126.

(J) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO A SALE
OF A UNIT IN AN ACTION TO FORECLOSE A MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST.

11-135.

(J) SUBSECTIONS (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), AND (G) OF
THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO A SALE OF A UNIT IN AN ACTION TO
FORECLOSE A MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Homeowners Associations - Exemption from Disclosure
in Foreclosure Sales

FOR the purpose of exempting from certain disclosure and
rescission provisions of the Maryland Homeowners Association
Act a sale of lots within a development in an action to
foreclose a mortgage or deed of trust.

Section 11B-105(f), 11B-106(f), 11B-107(d), 11B-108(f) and
