(i) Refuse to issue or renew for the individual
a license to participate as a contestant in a PROFESSIONAL KICK
BOXING OR boxing match; or

(ii) Prohibit the individual from participating
as a contestant in a PROFESSIONAL KICK BOXING OR boxing match in
the State.

(3)  The Commission shall pay for the cost of a
neurological examination required under this subsection from the
license fees collected under this section.

(4)  The physician or surgeon conducting the
neurological examination required under this subsection shall not
be considered an employee of the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

(House Bill 417)

AN ACT concerning

Hunting - Deer - Designated Checking Stations

FOR the purpose of providing that a Natural Resources police
officer, under certain circumstances, may authorize a person
who kills a deer to report to a checking station outside the
county in which the deer was killed; and generally relating
to the use of designated checking stations for checking and
reporting the killing of deer in the State.
