ACCREDITED BY A NATIONAL ACCREDITING ASSOCIATION THAT IS APPROVED
BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION; and

(4) To the extent it is not used by the student,
shall be recredited to the Delegate's scholarship account and may
be awarded in. the next 12 months by that Delegate to another
student pursuant to this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Licensing and Regulation - Professional Kick Boxing
and Professional Karate

FOR the purpose of adding professional kick boxing and
professional karate to the matches and exhibitions under the
jurisdiction of the State Athletic Commission of the
Department of "Licensing and Regulation; authorizing the
Commission to adopt certain regulations; requiring those
engaged in professional kick boxing and professional karate
matches to conform to certain licensing requirements,
including: application for a license, scope of license,
license fees, and license renewal; and generally relating to
the regulation of professional kick boxing and professional
karate.
