Ch. 3 LAWS OF MARYLAND 8-310. LIMITED LICENSE. (A) IN GENERAL. SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, THE BOARD SHALL (B) CONDITIONS. THE BOARD MAY ISSUE A LIMITED LICENSE ONLY TO AN INDIVIDUAL (1) HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED A LIMITED LICENSE BEFORE; (2) EXCEPT FOR TAKING AND PASSING AN EXAMINATION (3) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM (4) SATISFIES THE BOARD THAT THE INDIVIDUAL WILL (5) PAYS TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION FEE OF $5. (C) SCOPE. WHILE A LIMITED LICENSE IS IN EFFECT, IT AUTHORIZES THE (D) TERM. A LIMITED LICENSE EXPIRES 10 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE (E) RENEWAL. (1) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION, THE (I) 1. TAKES BUT FAILS TO PASS THE EXAMINATION 2. DOES NOT TAKE THAT EXAMINATION FOR A (II) SUBMITS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL APPLICATION - 388 -
