acquisition, or construction of any building used or to be used
as a place of sectarian religious worship or instruction, or in
connection with any program or department of divinity for any
religious denomination. Upon the request of the Board of Public
Works, the St. Frances-Charles Hall High School shall submit
evidence satisfactory to the Board that none of the proceeds of
this loan or any matching funds have been or are being used for a
purpose prohibited by this Act.

(7) The St. Frances-Charles Hall High School shall
grant and convey a perpetual preservation easement on the
exterior of the improvements, where appropriate, and on the land
to the Maryland Historical Trust, in form and substance
acceptable to the Trust.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Board of License Commissioners - Employment

FOR the purpose of permitting a commissioner of the Montgomery
County Board of License Commissioners to be employed by the
federal government or a State or local government, subject
to the provisions of the county public ethics law; providing
that a commissioner may not be employed by the Montgomery
County Liquor Control Board Department of Liquor Control;
and clarifying language.
