boating, camping, picnicking, hiking, pleasure driving, nature
study, water skiing, winter sports, horseback riding or horse
driving, operating motorized recreational vehicles, JOGGING,
MARATHON RACING, hang gliding, hot air ballooning, and operating
light airplanes and other forms of recreational aircraft, and
viewing or enjoying historical, archaelogical, scenic, or
scientific sites.

(a) The purpose of this subtitle is to encourage any owner
of land to make land, water, and airspace above the land and
water areas available to the public for any recreational and
educational purpose by limiting the owner's liability toward any
person who enters on land, water, and airspace above the land and
water areas for these purposes.
(b) This subtitle does not: (1) Create a duty of care or
ground of liability for injury to persons or property, (2)
relieve any person using the land of another for any recreational
or educational purpose from any obligation which he might have in
the absence of this subtitle to exercise care in using the land
and in his activities on the land, or from the legal consequences
of his failure to employ care.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning
Mobile Homes - Ground Rents - Action for Possession
FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of law relating
to ejectment of a resident by a mobile home park owner for
failure to pay rent; allowing a mobile home park owner to
bring an action for possession of a mobile home when a
certain amount of ground rent is in arrears requiring a
certain notice; providing for service by posting notice on
the mobile home under certain circumstances; requiring a
mobile home park owner to give written notice of judgment by
certain methods to certain mortgagees; providing exceptions
to foreclosure of rights claimed under the lease under
