(3) PAYS TO THE BOARD A REINSTATEMENT FEE OF $50, IN
ADDITION TO THE RENEWAL FEE REQUIRED UNDER § 4-311 OR § 4-312 OF
THIS SUBTITLE.

(b) If an individual has failed to renew a [master barber]
license for any reason and then applies to the Board for
reinstatement more than 5 years after the [master barber] license
has expired, the Board shall reinstate the [master barber]
license only if the individual:

(1)  meets the renewal requirements [of § 4-311] FOR
THAT LICENSE UNDER § 4-311 OR § 4-312 of this subtitle; [and]

(2)  PAYS TO THE BOARD A REINSTATEMENT FEE OF $50, IN
ADDITION TO THE RENEWAL FEE REQUIRED UNDER § 4-311 OR § 4-312 OF
THIS SUBTITLE; AND

(3)  FOR A MASTER BARBER LICENSE, passes the practical
part of the master barber examination given by the Board.

4-315.

Each [master barber] LICENSEE shall display the [master
barber] license conspicuously in the barbershop where the [master
barber] LICENSEE practices OR TEACHES barbering.

4-514.

(a)  An applicant for a school permit shall:

(1)  submit to the Board:

(i) an application on the form that the Board
provides; and

(ii) any other information that the Board
requires; and

(2)  pay to the Board [an]:

(I)  AN application fee of $25; AND

(II)  A PRE-OPENING INSPECTION FEE OF $75.

(b)  For each school permit for which a person applies, the
person shall submit a separate application and pay [a] separate
application [fee] AND PRE-OPENING INSPECTION FEES.
