WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 612 (1) THE INTENTION OF A BARBERSHOP IN THE STATE TO (2) IN THE CASE OF AN APPLICANT WHO DOES NOT SPEAK 4-403. The Board shall register 4-404. (a) (1) While registration as a student is in effect, the [(1)] (I) to enroll and participate as a student in a [(2)] (II) to practice barbering at the barber [(b) (1)] (2) (I) A student shall practice barbering only [(2)] (II) A student may not be paid for work (B) (1) WHILE REGISTRATION AS AN APPRENTICE BARBER IS IN (I) IN A BARBERSHOP THAT HOLDS A BARBERSHOP (II) UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A MASTER BARBER. (2) (I) AN APPRENTICE BARBER SHALL PRACTICE BARBERING (II) AN APPRENTICE BARBER MAY ONLY BE PAID FOR 4-405. (A) (1) THE INITIAL TERM OF REGISTRATION AS AN APPRENTICE - 3689 -
