SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act does
not apply to:

(1)  Misappropriation of trade secrets occurring prior to
the effective date of this Act; or

(2)  With respect to a continuing misappropriation that
began prior to the effective date, a continuing misappropriation
that occurs after the effective date.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses -

25th Legislative District

24th and 25th Legislative Districts

FOR the purpose of extending until June 30, 1991 the prohibition
against issuing or transferring certain alcoholic beverages
licenses within the 25th Legislative District 24th and 25th
Legislative Districts of Prince George's County; and
clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
