SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 16-322(a)(30), (31), and (32),
respectively, of Article - Business Occupations of the Annotated

Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1989) be renumbered to be Section(s)
16-322(a)(31), (32), and (33), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

(a)     Subject to the hearing provisions of § 16-324 of this

subtitle, the Commission may deny a license to any applicant,

reprimand   any licensee, or suspend or revoke a license if the

applicant or licensee:
