(3) Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirement set under this section for
license renewal.

(d) The Board may renew the limited license once for an
additional 1-year term, if the holder:

(1)  Otherwise meets the requirements of this section;

(2)  Submits a renewal application to the Board on the
form that the Board requires; and

(3)  Pays to the Board a limited license renewal fee
[Of $10] SET BY THE BOARD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That each health
occupation board shall adopt a fee schedule by January 1, 1990
October 1, 1990 in accordance with this Act.

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene and representatives of the
health occupations boards shall make interim reports to the
Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs Committee on or before
November October 1, 1989, and final reports on or before November

October 1, 1990 January 1, 1990,. on the fiscal and

administrative impact on each health occupation board resulting
from the setting of licensing fees by each board and recommend
any changes in the administration of the boards that the
Secretary and the representatives of the boards find to be in the
public interest and consistent with the purposes of this Act The
interim reports shall assess the administrative, including staff
management, fiscal, and budgetary, impact on each health
occupation board resulting from the setting of licensing fees by
each board. The interim reports shall include recommendations
designed to improve the management and efficacy of the operation
of the boards and commissions within the Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene. The final reports shall assess the fiscal and
budgetary impact on each health occupation board resulting from
the setting of licensing fees by each board. Both the interim
and final reports shall assess the indirect costs of
administering each health occupation board that accurately
represent the use of services provided by the Department of
Health and Mental Hygiene to each board.
