(c) Before the license expires, the licensee periodically
may renew it for an additional 2-year term, if the licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays to the Board a renewal fee [of $50] SET BY
THE BOARD; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with
any continuing education requirements set under this section for
license renewal.

18-206.

(a)  (1) [Except as otherwise provided in this section, the]
THE Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of
licenses and its other services.

(2)  The fees charged shall be set to produce funds so
as to approximate the cost of maintaining the Board.

(3)  The Board may set different fees AND RENEWAL FEES
for different licenses!, but, except as provided in subsection
(c), may not charge a fee in excess of $50.

(b)  The fees for renewal of licenses are as follows:

(1)  A certified social worker.....................$50;

(2)  A graduate social worker.................$50; and

(3)  A social work associate.....................$20].

(a) (1) [Except for the fees specifically set by this
