AN ACT concerning

Health Occupations - Boards - Fees

FOR the purpose of authorizing each health occupation board to
set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses
and other services of the board; requiring that fees charged
by each health occupation board be sufficient to fund its
total operating costs incurred during the licensing period;
requiring authorizing each health occupation board to
consider regional and national averages of health
occupations licensing fees when evaluating the amount that
constitutes a reasonable fee; requiring that certain reports
be made to the Senate Economic and Environmental Affairs
Committee; and generally relating to the setting of certain
fees by health occupations boards.
