6-605. EMPLOYMENT OF AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS.

A LICENSED MASTER ELECTRICIAN OR A PERSON TO WHOM A MASTER
ELECTRICIAN ASSIGNS A LOCAL LICENSE MAY EMPLOY AN INDIVIDUAL WHO
IS NOT A LICENSED MASTER ELECTRICIAN UNDER THIS TITLE TO PROVIDE
ELECTRICAL SERVICES IF THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDES THE SERVICES ONLY
WHILE UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND CONTROL OF A LICENSED MASTER
ELECTRICIAN.

6-606. STATE BOARD REVENUES.

(A)  REVENUE.

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY INTENDS THAT THE REVENUES OF THE STATE
BOARD BE SUFFICIENT TO MEET ITS COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLY
APPORTIONED DEPARTMENT OVERHEAD.

(B)  RESPONSIBILITY OF SECRETARY.
THE SECRETARY SHALL:

(1)  MONITOR THE FEES AND OTHER REVENUE OF THE STATE
BOARD FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTENT OF THIS SECTION; AND

(2)  RECOMMEND ADJUSTMENTS, IF NECESSARY.
