(House Bill 614)

AN ACT concerning

Hunting - Wearing Fluorescent Clothing to Hunt
Game Mammals Wildlife

FOR the purpose of requiring certain persons to wear certain
fluorescent clothing while hunting certain game mammals
wildlife or while accompanying, aiding, or assisting another
person to hunt certain game mammals wildlife; providing for
exceptions for certain persons; making a stylistic change;
and generally relating to the wearing of certain fluorescent
clothing when hunting game mammals wildlife or accompanying,
aiding, or assisting another person to hunt game mammals
wildlife.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Section 10-101(a), (e), (g), (h), and (u)

Annotated Code of Maryland

Preamble

WHEREAS, It is the intent of the General Assembly to expand
the current law to require a person to wear certain daylight
fluorescent orange clothing while hunting deer or any other game
mammal wildlife or while accompanying, aiding, or assisting
another person to hunt deer or any other game mammal; and
wildlife; now, therefore,
