(e)  The Departments of Economic and Employment Development,
Transportation, and Agriculture MARYLAND INTERNATIONAL DIVISION
shall provide the Council with the necessary staff and support
services.

(f)  By December 1 of each year, the Council shall report on
its activities to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 of the
State Government Article, to the General Assembly and submit any
recommendations as provided in subsection (a) of this section.--}-

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of
the members initially appointed to serve on the Private Sector
Advisory Council beginning on July 1, 1989, end as follows:

(1)     4   in   1990;

(2)   5   in   1991;

(3)   5   in   1992; and

(4)  5   in   1993.

SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1989.
