the premises of a restaurant located in Baltimore City OR IN
DORCHESTER COUNTY.

(2)  A holder of a Class 7 [Baltimore City]
micro-brewery license:

(i) May brew and bottle malt beverages at a
single location; and

(ii) May not brew more than 10,000 barrels of
malt beverage each calendar year.

(3)  (i) The on-sale privilege authorizes the holder
to sell at retail beer brewed under this license to customers for
consumption on the licensed premises.

(ii) The off-sale privilege authorizes the
holder to sell and deliver beer brewed under this license to:

1.  Any wholesaler licensed under this
article to sell beer in this State; or

2.  Any person who is located in a state
other than Maryland who is authorized under the laws of that
state to receive brewed beverages.

(4)  A holder of a Class 7 micro-brewery license:

(i) May not own, operate or be affiliated with
any other manufacturer of beer[, either in or outside the City of
Baltimore]; and

(ii) Notwithstanding subsection (g) of this
section, may not be granted a wholesale alcoholic beverages
license.

(5)  The days and time of consumer sales under this
license are as established:

(I) IN BALTIMORE CITY, by the Baltimore City
board of license commissioners; AND

(II) IN DORCHESTER COUNTY BY THE DORCHESTER
COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS FOR A CLASS B LICENSE IN
BALTIMORE CITY AND DORCHESTER COUNTY.

(e) The provisions of subsection (a) of this section do not
apply to a holder of a Class 7 [Baltimore City] micro-brewery
license IN BALTIMORE CITY OR DORCHESTER COUNTY with respect to
the malt beverages brewed on the premises of the micro-brewery
for the purpose of being licensed as a retailer for selling on
