SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(a) The following classes of manufacturer's licenses shall
be issued at the designated annual fees:

Class 1 Distillery Annual fee                $1,500

Class 2 Rectifying Annual fee                $ 500

Class 3 Winery                        Annual fee                $ 500

Class 4 Limited Winery Annual fee                $ 50

Class 5 Brewery                     Annual fee                $1,000

Class 6 Baltimore City

Pub-Brewery Annual fee                $ 500
Class 7 [Baltimore City]

Micro-Brewery Annual fee                $ 500

(i) (1) A Class 7 [Baltimore City] micro-brewery (on- and
off-sale) license shall be issued:

(i) By the State Comptroller; [and]

(II) ONLY IN BALTIMORE CITY OR DORCHESTER
COUNTY; AND

[(ii)] (III) Only to a holder of a Class B
beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) license that is issued for use on
