13-532.

(b) When an order [has become final and is no longer] OF
THE TAX COURT IS subject to judicial review, [the] THAT order is
enforceable [in the appropriate court] UNLESS THE REVIEWING COURT
GRANTS A STAY UPON SUCH CONDITION, SECURITY OR BOND AS IT DEEMS
PROPER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Transportation - Reserved Parking Spaces for Handicapped Persons

FOR the purpose of altering certain provisions relating to the
creation of reserved parking spaces; restricting a reserved
parking space to the roadway adjacent to the applicant's
property lines; specifying certain exceptions for reserved
parking spaces longer than an applicant's property lines;
making certain stylistic and technical changes; and
generally relating to limitations on the length of reserved
parking spaces.
