(House Bill 62)

AN ACT concerning

Insurance Commissioner - Notice and Hearing Procedures

FOR the purpose of providing that the Insurance Commissioner may
serve certain subpoenas in a certain manner; correcting
certain technical errors; clarifying that certain agents are
not required to take certain examinations; making certain
stylistic changes; modifying the notice and procedural
requirements for motor vehicle liability insurance
cancellations, nonrenewals or premium increases; clarifying
that certain motor vehicle liability insurance policy
exclusions must only be offered to certain insureds; and
generally relating to insurance.
