AN ACT concerning

Alarm Systems - Required Equipment
BCO 14-89

FOR the purpose of requiring audible alarm systems to be equipped
in a certain manner; prohibiting the sale, lease, rental, or
offer for sale, lease, or rent of alarm systems that do not
have certain equipment; establishing a certain penalty;
altering the definition of "alarm user"; providing for a
delayed effective date for certain provisions of this Act;
providing a delayed effective date for certain provisions of
this Act; and generally relating to required equipment on
audible alarm systems.

(e) (1) "ALARM USER" MEANS A PERSON IN CONTROL OF AN ALARM
SYSTEM WITHIN, ON, OR AROUND ANY BUILDING STRUCTURE, FACILITY, OR
SITE.
