AND ANY PARTNERSHIP, FIRM, ASSOCIATION, CORPORATION, OR OTHER
ENTITY.

(F)  SECRETARY.

"SECRETARY" MEANS THE SECRETARY OF LICENSING AND REGULATION.

"STATE" MEANS:
