LAWS OF MARYLAND

prohibiting persons from operating a commercial motor
vehicle without having been issued a commercial driver's
license; prohibiting a person from operating a commercial
motor vehicle with a certain alcohol concentration in the
person's body; providing for certain sanctions; providing
for the effect of certain multiple offenses; requiring that
new residents meet certain conditions before operating any
motor vehicle in this State; making provisions of this Act
severable; providing for the effective dates of this Act;
and generally relating to the operation of commercial motor
vehicles and the licensing of individuals to operate
commercial motor vehicles in Maryland.
