AN ACT concerning

Baltimore County - Orphans' Court Judges - Salary

BCO 25-89

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of each judge of the
Orphans' Court for Baltimore County; and providing that this
Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the
incumbent judges of the Court.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Estates and Trusts

2-101.

In the estates of decedents law, the word court means the
orphans' court in a county, or the court exercising the
jurisdiction of the orphans' court in a county.

2-108.

(a) Except in Montgomery and Harford counties, the judges
of the courts shall receive compensation and allowances as
prescribed by law. Unless otherwise provided, the compensation
shall be paid in monthly installments. Mileage or travel
