AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Alcoholic Beverages License and
Sampling Authorization

FOR the purpose of altering the annual fee for a certain Class A
off-sale alcoholic beverages license in Charles County;
authorizing the holder of this license to provide for
sampling of certain alcoholic beverages on the licensed
premises; providing for the scope of the sampling
authorization; and' generally relating to certain Class A
off-sale alcoholic beverages licenses in Charles County and
the sampling of certain alcoholic beverages.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND/ That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) A Class A beer, wine and liquor license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder to
keep for sale and to sell all alcoholic beverages at retail, in
