LAWS OF MARYLAND

(c) (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class C beer and light wine license may be exercised shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.

85.

(c) (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class C beer, wine and liquor license may be exercised shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. the day following.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

(House Bill 905)

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County Sheriff's Office - Salaries

PG 308-89

FOR the purpose of altering the salary and expense allowance of
the Prince George's County Sheriff, chief assistant sheriff,
and assistant sheriffs; and providing that the salary and
expense allowance increases do not apply to the incumbent
officials during their current terms in office.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

2-309.

(r) (1) The Sheriff of Prince George's County shall:

(i) Receive an annual salary of [$50,000]
