SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
20.
(k) (1) In Prince George's County such a license shall be
issued to any local unit of a nationwide bona fide nonprofit
organization or club composed solely of members who served in the
armed forces of the United States in any war in which the United
States has engaged, having a charter from a national veterans'
organization prior to the time of making application for such a
license, and having a bona fide membership of not less than one
hundred (100) persons and dues of not less than five dollars
($5.00) per annum per person, which organization or club operates
solely for the use of its own members and their guests when
accompanied by such members, and meets in a clubhouse principally
used for no other purpose; the fee for such a license shall be
three hundred dollars ($300.00) annually. Such a license shall
be subject to all other provisions of this article relating to
beer, wine and liquor licenses, Class C, in force and effect in
Prince George's County[, except that any restrictions on the sale
of alcoholic beverages on Sunday found in § 103 of this article
and elsewhere shall not apply; provided that in no event may
alcoholic beverages be sold, served or consumed on the licensed
premises on Sunday before twelve o'clock noon or after twelve
o'clock midnight].

The hours specified in §§ 83 to 85, inclusive, of this
article, shall apply except as modified by §§ 86 to 105,
inclusive, of this article.
83.
(c) (1) The hours during which the privileges conferred by
a Class C beer license may be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock
a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.
(4) In Prince George's County, the hours shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. on the day following.
