occupations; repealing inconsistent and obsolete laws and
definitions relating to these business occupations,
including business occupations board and commission
secretaries, certain surety bonds, and the hiring of legal
counsel by business occupations boards and commissions;
providing for the continuity of the business occupations
boards and commissions and their members; providing for the
effect of this Act on any change in nomenclature; preserving
the validity of certain seals; providing for the
continuation and renewal of certain licenses and permits
under the provisions of this Act; and providing for the
effect, construction, and effective date of the provisions
of this Act.
