2-305.

(d)  (2) Each examination shall include [the subjects of]:

(i) theory of accounts;

(ii) accounting practice;

(iii) auditing;

(iv) commercial law; and

(v) any other related subject that the Board
considers appropriate.

3-103.

(b) This title does not limit the right of:

(1)  an individual to perform architectural services
[incidentally] THAT ARE INCIDENTAL to practicing engineering AND
ARE NOT IN CONFLICT WITH THE BASIC DEFINITION OF PRACTICING
ARCHITECTURE, if the individual is licensed or otherwise
authorized under Title 14 of this article to practice
engineering;

(2)  an individual to perform architectural services
[incidentally] THAT ARE INCIDENTAL to practicing landscape
architecture AND ARE NOT IN CONFLICT WITH THE BASIC DEFINITION OF
PRACTICING ARCHITECTURE, if the individual is licensed or
otherwise authorized under Title 9 of this article to practice
landscape architecture;

4-202.

(b) Each master barber member of the Board shall have
practiced barbering in the State [continously] CONTINUOUSLY for
at least 5 years before appointment.

5-321.

(e)  (1) The Board may issue a subpoena for the attendance
of a witness TO TESTIFY or the production of evidence in
connection with any proceeding under this section.

5-404.

(a) While registration as a student is in effect, the
registration authorizes the individual:

(1) to enroll and participate as a student in a
school of cosmetology that holds a school permit; and
