Ch. 222

(b) The prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does
not apply if the individual furnishing the alcoholic beverage and
the individual to whom the beverage is served:

(1)  Are members of the same IMMEDIATE IMMEDIATE
family, AND THE BEVERAGE IS FURNISHED AND CONSUMED IN A PRIVATE
RESIDENCE; or

(2)  Are participants in a religious ceremony.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Elderly Rental Housing Program

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Housing and
Community Development to transfer unencumbered moneys in the
Rental Housing Programs Fund to certain other funds; adding
a definition of elderly household certain definitions;
removing provisions relating to the Elderly Rental Housing
Programs Fund; modifying existing language regarding uses of
the Fund; making certain provisions of this Act subject to

certain contingencies; adding certain reporting

requirements; and generally relating to the Elderly Rental
Housing Program and the Rental Housing Programs Fund.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
