Ch. 220 LAWS OF MARYLAND [(d) "Fund" means the Settlement Expense Loan Fund.] [(e)] (D) "Loan" means a loan of money made by the [(f)] (E) "Personal circumstances" means: (1) The separation or divorce of the joint tenants; (2) The death of one of the joint tenants.
