BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 24F. (A) (1) IN WORCESTER COUNTY, THE BOARD OF LICENSE (2) IF A CATERER'S LICENSE IS ISSUED, IT SHALL ONLY (B) A FEE MAY NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS LICENSE. (C) A CATERER'S LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SECTION (D) THE HOLDER SHALL PROVIDE FOOD AS WELL AS ALCOHOLIC (E) A HOLDER MAY EXERCISE THE PRIVILEGES UNDER THIS LICENSE (F) THIS SECTION DOES NOT REQUIRE A HOLDER OF AN EXISTING - 2090 -
