LANDINGS IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION SHALL BE
FINED NOT MORE THAN $500.

(III) THE COUNTY ROADS BOARD MAY AUTHORIZE ONE
OR MORE EMPLOYEES OF THE QUEEN ANNE'S COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF
RECREATION AND PARKS TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE
REGULATIONS THAT DEAL WITH THE PARKING OF VEHICLES AT PUBLIC
LANDINGS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Queen Anne's County - Sheriff's Department - Expense Allowance

FOR the purpose of repealing the annual allowance set aside for
certain personnel in the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's
Department; clarifying language; and generally relating to
the allocation of funds in the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's
Department.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
