(I) LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST.

"LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST" MEANS, UNLESS THE CONTEXT REQUIRES
OTHERWISE, A COSMETOLOGIST WHO IS LICENSED BY THE BOARD TO
PRACTICE COSMETOLOGY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language added to
avoid repetition of phrases such as "individual
licensed by the Board to practice cosmetology".

(J) LIMITED LICENSE.

(1)  "LIMITED LICENSE" MEANS A LICENSE ISSUED BY THE
BOARD TO PRACTICE COSMETOLOGY AS LIMITED IN § 5-301 OF THIS
TITLE.

(2)  "LIMITED LICENSE" INCLUDES, UNLESS THE CONTEXT
REQUIRES OTHERWISE, EACH OF THE FOLLOWING LICENSES:

SERVICES;
SERVICES;
SERVICES; AND
SERVICES.

(I)  A LIMITED LICENSE TO PROVIDE DEMONSTRATING

(II)  A LIMITED LICENSE TO PROVIDE ESTHETIC

(III)  A LIMITED LICENSE TO PROVIDE MANICURING

(IV)  A LIMITED LICENSE TO PROVIDE WIG STYLING

REVISOR'S NOTE: Paragraph (1) of this subsection is new
language added to avoid repetition of phrases such as
"limited license to practice cosmetology".

Paragraph (2) of this subsection is new language added
to provide a specific listing of the different limited
licenses covered under the defined term.
