(XIII)  A COSMETOLOGIST-AIDE LICENSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Paragraph (1) of this subsection is new
language derived without substantive change from
former Art. 56, § 479(b).

Paragraph (2) of this subsection is new language added
to provide a specific listing of the different
licenses covered under the defined term.

In paragraph (1) of this subsection, the word
"license" is substituted, as the defined term, for the
former term "certificate of registration", to conform
to changes in terminology made throughout this
article. See the General Revisor's Note to this
article.

Occasionally, the term "licensee" is used in this
title as a synonym for a holder of any of the licenses
included in this subsection.
