4-604. MOBILE BARBERSHOPS PROHIBITED.

A PERSON MAY NOT OPERATE A BARBERSHOP IN OR OUT OF A TRAILER
OR OTHER MOVEABLE FACILITY.

4-605. BARBERSHOPS IN MONTGOMERY AND PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTIES.

A BARBERSHOP IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY OR PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY
MAY NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS MORE THAN 6 DAYS A WEEK.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
441(d).

4-606. PENALTIES.

A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS TITLE IS GUILTY
OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT
EXCEEDING $100 OR IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING 30 DAYS OR BOTH.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as Art. 56,
§ 442.

The only changes are in style.

SUBTITLE 7. SHORT TITLE; TERMINATION OF TITLE.

4-701. SHORT TITLE.

THIS TITLE MAY BE CITED AS THE "MARYLAND BARBERS ACT".

article and to provide a convenient reference to this
title.
