(c) "Administrator" means the [State] MARYLAND STATE
Aviation Administrator.

Subtitle 2. [State] MARYLAND STATE Aviation Administration

5-201.

There is a [State] MARYLAND STATE Aviation Administration in
the Department.

5-202.

(a) The head of the Administration is the [State] MARYLAND
STATE Aviation Administrator, who shall be appointed by the
Secretary with the approval of the Governor.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.

AN ACT concerning

Receivership - Community Facilities

FOR the purpose of expanding the existing nursing home and
community residential facilities receivership law to include
certain community programs; defining those community
programs to be included under this Act; clarifying certain
language; and generally relating to receivership as it
applies to community programs.
