District Court/MultiService Center (Baltimore
County), provided that the Department of

General Services attempts to locate an

appropriate site for the facility in the
Pikesville area in order to assist in the
revitalization of the district provided that
prior to the release of these funds, the
Department of General Services shall review
all State-owned property in N.W. Baltimore
County to determine whether or not a suitable
State-owned parcel of land is available for
