to provide sewer service to Bowie State College, and to
permit funds appropriated to design the renovation for
adaptive reuse of the Brome/Howard House at St. Mary's City
to be used to construct the renovation for adaptive reuse of
the Brome/Howard House at St. Mary's City; amending Chapter
597 of the Acts of 1987, the General Construction Loan of
1987, to authorize construction of a comfort station in
addition to previously authorized improvements for the J.
Gilman Paul Interpretive Farm at Susquehanna State Park, and
to change the appropriation to design a Hazardous Chemical
Waste Storage Facility and other safety modifications at the
Horn Point Environmental Laboratories of the Center for
Environmental and Estuarine Studies to delete other safety
modifications and to include the design of a Hazardous
Chemical Waste Storage Facility at Chesapeake Biological
Laboratory; amending Chapter 542 of the Acts of 1988, the
General Construction Loan of 1988, to correctly reflect the
total principal amount of the loan, to permit funds
appropriated for the renovation of the swimming pool at
Charles H. Hickey, Jr. School to be used to construct a new
pool; and to permit funds appropriated for alterations to
Crawford Science Building at Bowie State College to also be
used to purchase the capital equipment for Crawford Science
Building.
