439(d) and, as it related to biennial renewal, (a)(7).

Subsection (c)(3) of this section is standard language
added to state expressly that which only was implied
in the former law -- i.e., applications may be made
only on the form that the Board provides.

Subsection (d) of this section is standard language
added to state expressly that which only was implied
in the former law -- i.e., the Board must renew the
permit of a qualified applicant.

4-518. OPERATION OF BARBER SCHOOLS.

(A)  COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
EACH BARBER SCHOOL SHALL COMPLY WITH:

(1)  EACH REGULATION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD; AND

(2)  EACH APPLICABLE SANITARY OR HEALTH REGULATION
ADOPTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE.

(B)  USE OF BARBER CHAIR.

A BARBER SCHOOL SHALL ASSIGN TO EACH STUDENT THE EXCLUSIVE
USE OF A BARBER CHAIR WHILE THE STUDENT ATTENDS THE BARBER
SCHOOL.

SCHOOL:
