AN ACT concerning

Charles County - County Commissioners - Salaries - Meetings

FOR the purpose of authorizing the President of the Charles
County Commissioners or a majority of commissioners, subject
to certain notice requirements, to arrange for a county
commissioner meeting; altering the salary of the President
of the County Commissioners; altering the salary of the
County Commissioners; maintaining the salaries established
in a previous Act; providing that this Act does not apply to
the salary or compensation of the incumbents; altering a
restriction on mileage reimbursement for regular meetings of
the County Commissioners; clarifying language; and generally
relating to the Charles County Commissioners.
