AN ACT concerning

Charles County - County Treasurer

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the Treasurer of
Charles County; requiring the Treasurer to devote full time
to the duties of that office; repealing certain language
concerning the sale of license tags for motor vehicles;
maintaining the salaries established by a previous Act;
providing that this Act does not apply to the salary or
compensation or time required of the incumbent; clarifying
language; and generally relating to the Treasurer of Charles
County.
