Ch. 22 LAWS OF MARYLAND (D) (1) THE BOARD SHALL SET THE TERM FOR EACH LIMITED (2) THE TERM FOR A LIMITED LICENSE MAY NOT BE SET FOR (3) A LIMITED LICENSE BECOMES EFFECTIVE AND EXPIRES (E) SUBJECT TO THE HEARING PROVISIONS OF § 2-316 OF THIS 2-416. (A) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE A LIMITED PERMIT FOR THE PRACTICE (1) EACH PARTNER IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE CERTIFIED (2) AT LEAST 1 GENERAL PARTNER AND ANY OTHER PARTNER (3) THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTIONS (C) OF THIS (B) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE A LIMITED PERMIT FOR THE PRACTICE (1) EACH SHAREHOLDER IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE (2) EACH SHAREHOLDER WHO PRACTICES OR INTENDS TO (3) THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS (C) IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR A LIMITED PERMIT UNDER THIS (1) NOT HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THIS STATE; (2) SUBMIT TO THE BOARD AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM - 1576 -
