LICENSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Item (1) of this section is new language
added to state expressly that which only was implied
in the former law -- i.e., each applicant must submit
an application on a form that the Board provides.

Item (2) of this section is hew language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
439(a)(1), (3), (9), and (11) and the first sentence
of (d).

In item (2) of this section, the reference to an
"application fee" is substituted for the former
references to an "examination" fee, since the fee is
paid, in fact, on application for a license for both
the application and examination processes.

4-305. EXAMINATIONS.

(A)  RIGHT TO EXAMINATION.

AN APPLICANT WHO OTHERWISE QUALIFIES FOR A LICENSE IS
ENTITLED TO BE EXAMINED AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION.

(B)  TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION.

THE BOARD PERIODICALLY SHALL GIVE EXAMINATIONS TO APPLICANTS
AT THE TIMES AND PLACES THAT THE BOARD DETERMINES.

(C)  NOTICE OF EXAMINATION.

THE BOARD SHALL GIVE EACH QUALIFIED APPLICANT NOTICE OF THE
TIME AND PLACE OF EXAMINATION.

(D) SUBJECTS AND METHOD OF EXAMINATION.

(1)  THE BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE SUBJECTS, SCOPE,
AND FORM OF AND THE PASSING SCORE FOR EXAMINATIONS GIVEN UNDER
THIS SUBTITLE:

(2)  AN EXAMINATION MAY CONSIST OF WRITTEN AND
PRACTICAL PARTS.

(E)  RESCHEDULE EXAMINATIONS.
