QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANTS -- LICENSE TO PRACTICE. (A) IN GENERAL. TO QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE TO PRACTICE BARBERING, AN APPLICANT (B) JOURNEY BARBER LICENSE. (1) AN APPLICANT FOR A JOURNEY BARBER LICENSE SHALL (2) IF THE APPLICANT FOR A JOURNEY BARBER LICENSE IS (I) CREDIT THE APPLICANT WITH HAVING MET ONE (II) DETERMINE THE MANNER IN WHICH THE CREDIT (C) MASTER BARBER LICENSE.
