Ch. 3

LAWS OF MARYLAND

(I)   INFORMATION ABOUT THE EXAMINATION RESULTS
AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THAT PERSON;

(II)   INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATES OF ISSUANCE
AND RENEWAL OF THE LICENSE, REGISTRATION, OR PERMIT OF THAT
PERSON;

(III)  INFORMATION ABOUT ANY DISCIPLINARY ACTION
TAKEN AGAINST THAT PERSON; AND

(IV)   IF AUTHORIZED BY THAT PERSON, INFORMATION
ABOUT ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST THAT PERSON.

(C) FEE.

THE BOARD SHALL COLLECT A FEE OF $10 FOR EACH CERTIFICATION
UNDER THIS SECTION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a) and (b) of this section are
new language added to fill a gap in the former law,
which required the Board to collect a fee for
certification of licensees but failed to state a duty
to make a certification or minimum requirements for
the certifications and failed to provide for
certification of permit holders or registrants. These
additions conform to similar provisions elsewhere in
this article and to the practice of the Board.

Subsection (c) of this section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
439(e).

Defined terms: "Board" § 4-101
"License" § 4-101 "Person" § 1-101

4-206. MISCELLANEOUS POWERS AND DUTIES.

(B)  DUTIES.

IN ADDITION TO ANY DUTIES SET FORTH ELSEWHERE, THE BOARD
SHALL ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE THIS TITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 56, §
429(a).
